Your delivery charge will automatically be removed when you enter in a relevant postcode at checkout.

Place your order with confidence, knowing it is no more expensive to purchase through us than it is to buy with one of the larger companies, such as Amazon or Ebay.

All other orders

Orders for the remainder of the UK are subject to a delivery charge of £3.95 if under the £50 stated value.  If over that value, we will ship to you free.   This will automatically be calculated at checkout.

Our estimated delivery time is 3 – 7 working days.

Your order will be updated with the next steps of delivery and a tracking number provided, where appropriate.

If you change your mind, you can return an order, in full or in part, at your expense, for a refund. Please notify us of your intention to return, all or part of your order, quoting your order ID, by mailing info@tralula.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the order. Please enclose a copy of your notification with the returned items.

Personalised items are non refundable.

Bedding & Towels are non refundable.

All items must be returned in a saleable condition.

In the event that you have removed any items from their packaging and they are not repacked in their received state a repacking charge will be deducted from any refund.

If you wish to exchange or return, any or all of the items, on your order, you will need to return the unwanted items to us, as above, for a refund and place a new order online, for the items that you would like instead.  The cost of returning unwanted items is at the buyers expense.

If you received a free item, as part of a promotion, and you return the entire order, or the value of the returned items, means you would not have received, the free item, please return it with the items, that you do not wish to keep.

If we try to deliver an item to your address, as given on the order and it is either the wrong or incomplete address, not accepted or not collected from the post office or courier depot and the item is returned, we would need to arrange to re-direct the goods at your expense.   Please ensure you check the delivery address on both your Paypal account and the order, to ensure that deliveries are directed correctly.

If you return any goods to us, please obtain a certificate of posting from your carrier. We cannot be held liable for any returns not received.

If goods are being returned due to a fault with the product, please contact us to confirm the appropriate returns process and shipping method

We currently do not serve customers outside of the UK.   We plan to visit that possibility in 2021, so please check back often.

If your item is received damaged, please take a photo, with a date and timestamp, so that we can check against when it was delivered.   If possible, please advise the carrier that the item is damaged on arrival.
